Overview
This proposal outlines a monthly Ignited engagement between Archer Jerky and Jon Bradford as Archer's dedicated Vibe Partner.
The purpose of this relationship is to rapidly explore, prototype, and refine high-leverage initiatives across marketing, data, product, and internal tooling — using AI-assisted development and strategic oversight to move faster than traditional consulting or agency models.
The focus is not just ideas — but tangible working prototypes delivered weekly.
Structure of Engagement
Weekly Working Session
- Primary contact: Andrew Thomas
- Additional participants: As designated by Andrew
- Cadence: 1x per week (60–90 minutes)
Each week:
- We will review 2–3 new prototype links
- Discuss insights, opportunities, and implications
- Decide:
- Whether to deepen investment in a given prototype the following week
- Pause or discard an initiative
- Launch a new initiative based on emerging needs
This creates a continuous build → review → refine loop.

In addition to the core dashboard, we will develop parallel prototypes such as:

Every project has the option to be spun out into a standalone initiative.
Project Spin-Out Model
If a prototype demonstrates strong ROI or strategic importance, it can be:
- Elevated into a dedicated project
- Assigned a specialized team
- Fully integrated into Archer's tech stack
- Built beyond the initial "vibe-coded" solution into production-grade infrastructure
The monthly Vibe Partner fee covers:
- Strategy
- Prototyping
- Iteration
- Prioritization
- Concept validation
Dedicated builds, integrations, or productization efforts would be scoped separately.
Compensation
Vibe Partner Retainer
Includes:
- Weekly working sessions
- 2–3 new prototype links per week
- AI-assisted development and experimentation
- Ongoing refinement of active initiatives
- Strategic prioritization and roadmap guidance
- Evolution of the marketing intelligence dashboard
- Exploration of parallel initiatives
Intelligence Infrastructure
To support rapid prototyping, data modeling, automation, and AI-assisted experimentation, this engagement includes a dedicated Intelligence Infrastructure layer.
This covers baseline:
- AI model usage
- Data processing and transformation
- Hosting and inference
- Workflow automation
- Prototype generation environments
- Iterative experimentation costs
Overage Policy:
If usage materially exceeds the baseline allocation due to high-volume data ingestion, large model runs, expanded experimentation, or new AI-intensive initiatives, overages will be billed at cost with full transparency.
We will:
- Monitor usage monthly
- Flag potential overages in advance
- Provide summaries if requested
The goal is flexibility without surprise, and the ability to scale experimentation when it matters.
Expected Outcomes (Within 90 Days)
- A significantly evolved marketing intelligence environment
- A pipeline of validated internal tools
- A clear roadmap of which initiatives deserve full build-out
- Faster decision velocity across growth and performance initiatives
